How to make a Perfect Lunchbox.

Basically, this happens to be the worst problem for moms that their children get back home with their Lunch box untouched. Now how do you expect a child eat something he/she hates specially when there is nobody to ask him eat. But there is a spell you can sprinkle on your child's lunch box and it will almost never come back as it was in the morning. And i am going to post that magic spell here so be attentive and make sure you do the same things we got from food experts. Now tell me are you looking at the lunch box on the side. Definitely yes...Now tell me how is it in your opinion. In experts opinion, it is the best lunch box because it has all the necessary portions a kid needs at school or where ever he/she goes. Now how would you create something like that in budget, read this post definitely. So lets get started.
First of all you will need to select things that fit in portions for kids. According to experts advice, the lunch box should contain one thing out of every six portions. Now when selecting the things, you will have to take a look at your budget. You can use leftovers "will tell you in detail in this post" to make great lunch boxes children love.
What to use in a Healthy lunch box
A healthy lunch box should include Bread, Fruits/Vegetables, Dairy Products, a good treat and something to drink. If the lunch box has all of the above things listed then it is considered as the best lunch box but the above mentioned things should be used in a proper manner.

With the bread, you can make sandwiches...Now in those sandwiches, you can either use fruits/vegetables [fresh] or you can put some protein rich thing like a
piece of roast leftover last night. You can make a fruit/vegetable sandwich by slicing fruits/vegetables and adding some Mayonnaise [only if your kids like it] and then making a paste and putting it between folds of bread. Make sure your sandwich won't be too thick. You can also put some cheese in it and melt it in a microwave oven and then let it solidify again...This will give a nice reddish look to the sandwich. In plus to that, you can put some nuggets and spaghetti as a treat and water/milk/milk shake about 250 ml as a drink. Now this will be a good lunch box filled will nutrition for kids. But still there is something missing. Texture of course. There are very slight chances that kids will eat this but if you did things like this, kids would love this i-e taking an olive and cutting two small slices and putting them in cheese on sandwich [before melting] in such a way that they resemble eyes and same sized slice of carrot etc as a nose and make some good shaped sandwich...kids will go mad for it...For nuggets and spaghetti, you can make some texture like making a spaghetti nest and putting the nuggets as eggs or something like that. Now if you arrange them in the lunch box in a gentle manner, kids will be definitely eager to eat them.

This was the magic spell i was talking about. Make sure you won't give fizzy drinks like cola etc in the lunch box...keep it simple.
How to use Leftover Food to make a good Lunch Box

First of all make sure that the leftover is safe...You can do this by keeping the leftover in a refrigerator. Things like muffins, Oven Fried Chicken, TEX-MEX Pasta Salad, Healthier Meatloaf, Arroz con Pollo etc taste great even chilled. Take an example of a cupcake leftover, you will take it out of the Fridge and decorate it so that kids are gonna like it. In the same way you can use all other things so be creative, kids love creativity. So this was a short post about Lunch-boxes.
